Terms of use
In the event of a breach of any of the following points, THE APARTMENT by assethoteles will have the right to evict its occupants without refund of the paid stay:
- • The apartment may only be used by the number of people indicated in the booking confirmation.
- • You are obliged to keep the apartment in perfect condition during your stay.
- • You may not carry out any annoying (parties, loud music, noise etc.), harmful, dangerous, illicit activities or any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence, morality, decency and public order; Quiet hours are from 11.00 pm to 9.00 am.
- • Smoking is prohibited.
- • Pets are not accepted.
- • You will be directly and exclusively responsible and release the owner from all liability for:
- • Damages that may occur to people or things and are derived from installations for services and supplies.
- • Damages, deteriorations, losses or thefts that occur therein without any limitation, whether caused by the people occupying the apartment or by others.
Conditions
Groups: Reservations of more than 3 apartments may be subject to surcharges and special cancellation and payment conditions.
Cancellations free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Within 3 days, 100% cancellation fees on the first night apply.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
